Small Animal and Equine Referral Evenings raise money for ACT
The teams at the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals (QMHA) and the Equine Referral Hospital (ERH) would like to thank all the vets that have attended their Referral Evening Lectures in the last year.
Recent lectures have included:
ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥˜Puppy heart murmursÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™, ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥˜Osteoarthritis management optionsÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™ and the potential role of ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥˜Stem Cell therapy, Emergencies and imaging in the field: to refer or not to refer?ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™, ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥˜Recurrent laryngeal neuropathyÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™, and ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥˜Ultrasound-guided injections of tendons and ligamentsÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™.
As well as offering great CPD with RVC specialists, the evenings also raise funds for the RVCÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥™s charity, the Animal Care Trust (ACT), with a £10 donation received per ticket sale. To date we have raised £2,087 and we would like to thank all of our attendees for this fantastic amount of money.
If you are interested in receiving updates from the CPD department, which would include referral evenings, please email
